101th.Post:.Dostana[Friendship].

Before everything else, pardon me with all the soundtrack songs I've been posting, but some of the best music comes from movies and flicks, what's with the right scene and situation to come with it. It's been awhile since I've seen a Hindustani movie, and this really made me laugh my heart out and melt it as well.

Dostana (Hindi: दोस्ताना, translation: Friendship) is a Bollywood film released in 2008. It stars Abhishek Bachchan, John Abraham and Priyanka Chopra in the lead roles.

The film explores the story of two men who pretended to be gay, so that they would be able to rent an apartment. Both the men fall in love with the same girl, their roommate, but are unable to express their feelings because she is under the impression that they are gay. ^[3]

Dostana is the first Bollywood film to be filmed entirely in Miami, United States and was released on November 14, 2008.

Kim Ah-Joong: Then & Now

Kim Ah-Joong shot to stardom after appearing in the rom-com 200 Pounds Beauty. The actress portrays doe-eyed innocence convincingly. The film deftly addresses the issue of plastic surgery in Korea - the prejudices against it as well as the societal pressures that cause so many starlets to go under the knife in search of perfection.

There's one part in the flick where the heavily-operated on - and now supposedly "perfect" - protagonist is requested to get "some work done" by someone who is clueless about her past. Hmph, perfection (much like beauty) is in the eye of the beholder, huh?

Now that I'm acquainted with the "standards of beauty" in the Korean society, the film has more depth to it.

P.S.: Atleast she's Honest about her "True" Beauty, better than those who keeps deny it even when it's so Obvious. Love this chick! She's awesome!

Unfortunately, she has passed away at the age of 34 due to
Breast Cancer on April 6 2009.
