99th.Post:200.Pounds.Beauty

First off!! We've reached the 99th post!! Yipee!! Yatta~Keep the music going!! Life is all about Music!!! Music makes our Life go round~lalala~

Here's from My Favourite Korean Movie!! The one that makes me Smile, and the one that makes me Cry. Fortunately for you guys, you'll be able to catch it on 8TV tomorrow night, at 8.30pm, be sure to catch it, but if you miss it, you can still watch it at
Youtube!! Hehe, so yea, I love the soundtrack, always do, always will. I'm posting one Fast song, and one Slow song, so whatever Genre you prefer, you'll be sure to like it!!

.Slow.

.Fast.

Kim Ah-Joong: Then & Now

Kim Ah-Joong shot to stardom after appearing in the rom-com 200 Pounds Beauty. The actress portrays doe-eyed innocence convincingly. The film deftly addresses the issue of plastic surgery in Korea - the prejudices against it as well as the societal pressures that cause so many starlets to go under the knife in search of perfection.

There's one part in the flick where the heavily-operated on - and now supposedly "perfect" - protagonist is requested to get "some work done" by someone who is clueless about her past. Hmph, perfection (much like beauty) is in the eye of the beholder, huh?

Now that I'm acquainted with the "standards of beauty" in the Korean society, the film has more depth to it.

.Excerpt from K-Popped.

P.S.: Atleast she's Honest about her "True" Beauty, better than those who keeps deny it even when it's so Obvious. Love this chick! She's awesome!

  2. +Perhaps what's lacking if the fact that you haven't watch the movie. This is the thing with soundtrack, there's a difference between you watch and you didn't.
